Abstract
This dissertation is based on Mathematics Education, more specifically on Ethnomathematics, focused on new information and communication technologies, which are increasingly widespread in our society. Thus, based on Ethnomathematics, an important axis of study that ensures a learning process according to the cultural context of the student, thus valuing the environment in which it is inserted, the present work understands the new information and communication technologies as a breakthrough in Education in order to bring new learning environments that allow the formation of citizens capable of dealing with the scientific and technological world, since the advancement of the technological culture demands professionals more qualified in the face of the challenges linked by the social transformations in the insertion of the technologies of cultural form . We have as a general objective to demonstrate, with the support of Ethnomathematics, how the new technologies have been used by teachers in Mathematics teaching and to verify their main difficulties. More strictly, we aim to present Ethnomathematics as a basis for the use of technologies; Develop an e-book with a selection of digital materials that can be used by teachers in the Mathematics discipline and develop a blog with the indications of selected educational sites. This work recognizes as necessary new ways of teaching, keeping the school sociocultural dynamics. We used a qualitative methodological paradigm, with data collection in schools, and the qualitative part was interpretative and descriptive. The data collection was done through the observation and application of a questionnaire to the teachers. To broaden the didactic scope of this discussion, a blog and an e-book were implemented as an educational product. The results evidenced that the e-book and the blog, proposed in the present work, are imbued with the purpose of the interaction between teacher knowledge and school knowledge, and in this technological context, presented tips and suggestions for the teacher to use in the discipline of mathematics, technological resources that will facilitate the explanation of certain contents.
