Abstract

This paper discusses the transdisciplinary pedagogical practice in Physical School Education. Its main objective is to analyze the contributions of the principles of transdisciplinarity to the pedagogical practice of Physical School Education in the Center for Teaching and Research Applied to Education (CEPAE-UFG). The research is documentary (Political Project Pedagogical, Classroom Planning and others) and field. Since the latter are being used as instruments of data collection the semi-structured interview for teachers, management and coordination, and structured observation of the school environment and Physical Education classes. For this, this research is characterized as a case study with the teachers of the CEPAE - UFG, being this a research that have three phases, the exploratory one, the one of data collection and the interpretation or analysis of the data. The analyzes show that the pedagogical practice of teachers enables an environment with potential in transdisciplinary attitudes, valuing the knowledge necessary for a life preoccupied with issues emerging from the current society. Which are consistent with such perspectives, questioning and contextualizing their specificities in the researched school environment. In this case, it becomes valid the capacity to rethink the pedagogical practices that have been developed in this institution, since these results contribute to a closer dialogue between the objectives outlined in the Political Pedagogical Project (CEPAE-UFG) and the real context of the students . The intention is in the direction to disseminate the results to the scientific community, which becomes of great relevance to the field of knowledge of Physical Education.
