Abstract

This study is linked to the line of research on Work, State and Educational Policies, of the Postgraduate Program in Education (PPGE), of the State University of Goiás (UEG), UnU Inhumas. We understand that teaching work is marked by its humanizing and dehumanizing ambivalence constituted and imposed by the ontological dimension and the aegis of capital. In this sense, strict control of teaching work is imposed with the aim of alienating it and convincing it to serve market demands, the dictates determined by educational reforms and, consequently, the interests of capital accumulation and restructuring. In this direction, this research analyzes and discusses teaching work in the Municipal Education Network of Goiânia based on the developments of the DC-GO – Expanded. The pre-established problem for this discussion is: how have the guidelines established in the DC-GO – Expanded impacted the regulation of teaching work in the Municipal Education Network of Goiânia? In order to respond to this problem, our research has the general objective of understanding the regulatory movement of teaching work in the Municipal Network of Goiânia based on the analysis of the implications related to the guidelines of the DC-GO – Expanded. We also list as specific objectives: understanding the transformations of work and the purposes directed at teaching work and training, considering the critical analysis of the political and ideological conceptions in dispute in contemporary times; understanding the curricular movement of the Municipal Education Network of Goiânia and interpreting the developments of the Common National Curricular Base, BNCC, in the elaboration and implementation of the DC-GO – Expanded; and analyzing the conceptions (education and curriculum) supported by this curricular policy of Goiás, and also whether, and how, the guidelines aimed at education and teacher work present in the DC-GO – Expanded regulate teaching work in the city of Goiânia. In this theoretical investigation based on historical-dialectical materialism, in the search for clarification of the object of study through a qualitative approach, we established as methodological procedures the performance of a bibliographic review and a documentary analysis, in which we propose the study of the categories: work, teaching work, curriculum, educational policies, research on the curricular movement of the Municipal Education Network of Goiânia, and analysis of the conceptions of the Curricular Document for Goiás and its proposals for the teaching work of the Municipal Education Network of Goiânia. The results of the research reveal how the Expanded DC-GO, instituted by neoliberal political reforms as an instrument of the productive restructuring process, has been imposing, conducting, establishing and reinforcing the proletarianization, precariousness, devaluation, disqualification and intensification of teaching work in the Municipal Education Network of Goiânia, standardizing and controlling it to adapt its function.
