O Processo de verticalização em Anápolis-GO : uma análise das normas, dos agentes urbanos e da sua espacialização (1930-2019)

Abstract

This research aims to analyze, in a historical course, how the verticalization process in the city of Anápolis – GO, as well as recognizing their particularities in order to the impacts caused on urban space anapolino. To this end, it was necessary to investigate the records verticalized building with the Real Estate Technical Registry, organ of the Mucicipality of Anápolis. Structured in three chapters, this study sought, through bibliographic and field research, to map what we call it verticalization in urban space, in order to point out, in the first chapter, data on urban planning, urban legislation, agents and processes, urban, verticalization and medium-size cities. In second chapter, present the city of Anápolis, and this urban space delimited to development of work, thus, were evidenced also, the main transformations and characteristics that have occurred in the city over the years, in line with the five existing and responsible Master Plans. Lastly, in the third chapter, after historical survey, production of sketches, notes of agents and characterization of the main companies responsible, the analysis was made identifying the main preponderant points for the characterization of the process of verticalization and transformation of anapolino urban space. Thus, through the spatial clipping of this work, comparing both the metropolises and large cities as for medium-sized cities, it was noted that municipal legislation has ensured a verticalization process in Anápolis. Thereby promotes a reflection focused on the relevance of further studies that benefits or harms of such a process.
