Abstract
The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on people's lives in multiple dimensions, changing habits, routines and lifestyles, bringing profound changes to society. In this new scenario, the Universidade Estadual de Goiás (UEG) has implemented the Plano Emergecial de Ensino e Aprendizado (PEEA) with the help of digital technologies. The use of synchronous and asynchronous digital media became more recurrent than usual. All efforts were concentrated on keeping to the academic calendar. The UEG TV channel, available on YouTube, was widely used for academic activities such as lectures, events and programs. In this context, the research was inspired by the following problem: "How did the dialogues between the participants of the lives, their impressions and interactions within the CEPE chats (2020-2021) take place?". In this sense, the general objective of this study was to analyze the interactions and impressions of CEPE (2020-2021) participants through their dialogues presented in the lives made on UEG TV. Consequently, the intention of this research was to report the perceptions obtained by interpreting the results generated from the qualitative analysis of the descriptive content of the chats through content analysis with the extraction of the dialogues available publicly and free of charge to anyone who has access to the YouTube platform. A total of 42 broadcasts were analyzed (14 in 2020 and 28 in 2021). The investigation was conducted using netnographic and lexicometric procedures. The broadcasts available on YouTube were used as direct documentation, while the chats were considered indirect documentation for subjective data analysis. This paper presents the results of the research using charts, tables, images and word clouds in order to facilitate the interpretation of the data collected. The Iramuteq software was used as the main support tool in the qualitative analysis of the data to generate the word clouds by cross-referencing information from the chats or the titles of the CEPE broadcasts from that period. The main theoretical basis was inspired by the works of Bardin (2016), Castells (1999), Fáveri (2019), Freire (1967, 1987, 1996), Hui (2020), Kozinets (2014), Morin (2013), Pinto (1960, 1979, 1982, 2005, 2007) and Santaella (2014), contextualizing the thoughts of the authors conjecturing digital education. The qualitative analysis of the content of the chats made it possible to observe the relevance of the digital narratives with the dialogues, interactions and impressions of the participants in these educational thematic discussions. In this way, educational practices were observed in the digital social encounters of the university academic community, which made it possible to create human relationships within the digital culture. It was possible to see the relevance of the process of human formation with the university community and other participants, involving digital technologies and new forms of socialization and educational communication.
