Análise das influências do processo de reforma agrária na dinâmica socioespacial do território no Município de Goiás/Go

Abstract

Defining Brazil's agrarian reform in an uncontroversial way is not a simple task. However, to obtain support compatible with Brazilian legislation and the context in which it was enacted, we used the provisions of the Land Statute, in §1, of its art. 1st: Agrarian Reform is considered to be the set of measures aimed at promoting a better distribution of land, through changes in the regime of its tenure and use, in order to meet the principles of social justice and increased productivity. Environmental issues transcend legal limits and also affect the ethical limits of the market. And it is very important to emphasize this point. Considering that the commodification of the environment directly affects life. Economic growth that is isolated from sustainable development, produces oppressors and oppressed, with an increasing order of profit and death. Therefore, we sought to emphasize how the Agrarian Reform process took place in Brazil, permeated by legislation and social movements, which are still present today, to seek social balance for a problem that has not yet been nationally pacified. It is important to emphasize the disorderly progression of society and the effective lack of a search for social stability. When only private interests are controlled, the idea of growing is emptied, forgetting to work with the collective. This leads to a dissonance from the reality of which we are the protagonists, without the proper adjustment of the distribution of the land, the concept of life and environment becomes paradoxical. It was also sought to highlight how the process of agrarian reform takes place in the municipality of Goiás - GO with all its temporal and spatial particularities. Having the analysis that the impacts of this process in the studied space corroborate the hypothesis of its existence with relevant numbers regarding the Agrarian Reform.
