Abstract

The expansion of the market for inoculants containing plant growth-promoting bacteria has led to the increased use of sustainable technologies and practices in today's agricultural systems, including the cultivation of grasses. In this context, this experiment was conducted in a greenhouse, located on the central campus of the State University of Goiás, in the municipality of Anápolis – GO, from August 2022 to January 2023, with the objective of evaluating the morphogenic production, structural and physiological of species of the genus Urochloa Híbridas cvs. Sabiá and Cayana in response to inoculation with the commercial biofertilizers Azospirillum brasilense (Ab- V5 and Ab-V6) and Pseudomonas fluorescens CNPSo 2719 with and without nitrogen (N) fertilization at three different doses of N (0, 50 and 100 kg/ there is). Four production cycles were carried out, with the survey being carried out every 28 days. It was concluded that the inoculation of Azospirillum and Pseudomonas combined with nitrogen fertilization proved to be efficient in improving the structural, morphogenic and physiological characteristics of U. hybridas cv. Sabiá and Cayana.
