Abstract

This work has as study object informational films produced between the Juscelino Kubitschek government. Understanding cinema as a key element in the dissemination of political ideas that had been planned by Plano de Metas of President JK. The study started from analysis of film, documentary and culture and working with specific thematic films that dealt up, important points of the Plano de Metas, such as infrastructure and the city of Brasilia, in addition to the focus on the figure of the president.
