Abstract
This analytical and bibliographic study aims to investigate the interrelationship between time and memory in the infectious poetics of Hailton Correa, contemporary poet, entitled Senda Incomum (2017). In addition to these general aspects, an attempt will be made to weave a critical repertoire about the author's life and works, as well as to analyze the main characteristics of the aforementioned book, which are the language, the way it starts from the regional to the universal, and how the phathic crosses his lyric, among others. Hailton Correa's poetic
production brings, in a dialogue with the literary tradition, a new way to resignify the regional. For this, the author uses the possibilities of language. Through his writing, the elements of nature, related to city dwellers, gain a new dimension that crosses the restricted spaces of the locality, going towards the universal sphere. The popular, as roots and the technological will collaborate for the next of its trans-regiocosmopolita poetics. Knowing that the impulse of new technologies has changed as ways of living, including as in the interior spaces, the poet manages to establish a connection between the simple and open of the countryside, and the complex and closed of the city, or concomitantly. Immersed in social impasses, the lyrical subjects rise in world through any phatics that sometimes they tear and sometimes they do with that resist the bad weather of life. During their travels, lyrical subjects are marked by the formation of their identities, who they are or what they seek to be when they return to the past for reconstruct themselves through memory. Time controls the lives of human beings. It is the denominator for individuals to organize themselves in society and carry out the activities of their routines. Memory, essential for the formation of individuals and for the maintenance of their memories of past experiences, will act together with time in the development of human beings within the cycle of becoming. The poet, using themes around time and memory, will create his poetic productions by unveiling the relationships of lyrical subjects within a sensitive lyrical cosmos that is nothing more than the expression of human feelings towards the world. This is what Hailton Correa does in his book; the author leaves the marks of the temporal passage, whether
those of the past, those of the present and those of the future, demonstrating the finitude of being. His poems show the hardships of lyrical subjects tensioned by their own existence and by their walks towards death. It is used for the analysis: Staiger (1977), Paz (1982), Carpeaux (2013), Bachelard (1978), Hegel (2004), Collot (2013), Combe (2010), Santos (2016), Friedrich ( 1978), Fleet (2011), Agostinho (2007), Comte-Sponville (2016), Cohen (1974), Arrigucci Júnior (2009), Assmann (2016), Bergson (1999), Rosa (2016), Candau (2019) , Halbwachs (2006), Bosi (2015), Bakhtin (1997), among others.
