Abstract

This study discusses the perceptions and identity of people with disabilities during periods ofhistory. In this sense, we propose to explore how society positioned itself century, specificallyin relation to the inclusion of the visually impaired. Therefore, in order to construct an analysisof this object of research, it is important to start from a historical point of view and thus be ableto understand issues that are fundamental to people with physical disabilities, specifically thevisually impaired. On the other hand, this work aims to reflect on how these people have beenincluded or not throughout human societies, as well as the legislation that has guaranteed oreven restricted their rights. Or even restricted their rights. In order to carry out this study, abibliographical, descriptive and exploratory research based on works and articles that are thebasis for the development of the reflections that are present in this research. My professionalexperiences, as I assist students with visual impairments in an educational students with visualimpairments in an educational institution (school). and working directly with them, I realizedthe need for materials so that they could develop their activities and materials so that they cancarry out their activities and other school tasks. This is why pedagogical means to achievecertain learning objectives are important, as is the case with 3D printing. such as 3D printing, which has been used on an ad hoc basis and has brought significant results in which has broughtsignificant results in the training of other segments, such as medicine, as well as reflecting thein medicine, as well as reflecting the participation of visually impaired students in the NationalHigh School Exam. From this analytical perspective, we can say that throughout the text wehave traced the importance of the human relationships of these actors, as well as theirmanifestations in relation to the activities they come into contact with, while at the same timeseeking to process of insertion, socialization and schooling of these young people, but also theeducational also the educational practices of the visually impaired in their relationship withother other students, education professionals and other actors involved. Finally, by proposingresearch like this, it is possible to gain a more systematic understanding of all the problems allthe problems faced by these students who, in fact, need didactic and pedagogical resources anda whole structure to be able to develop their activities in the school environment and thusschool environment and thus be able to develop cognitively and scholastically, but above all tohave access to to have access to knowledge and then be able to enter society in its entirety.
