Abstract

Experiences of pleasure and suffering of the teacher of discipline in THE: an analysis of the Psychodynamics of Work (PDT) has the object of study delimited in the experiences of pleasure and Suffering of the practices of the teacher(a) trainer of EaD disciplines in the Administration Course of the Center for Teaching and Learning in Network - CEAR-UEG. Its construct is justified by the technological changes, the introduction of new processes and instrumentalizations of teaching work in recent decades. As a general objective, the intention is to analyze the experiences of Pleasure and Suffering of the teacher(a) trainer of THE disciplines offered by CEAR-UEG; to raise the indicators of Pleasure and Suffering of the teacher and to identify the coping strategies and defenses used in labor practice. The research is characterized as empirical applied, as a theoretical basis based on bibliographic, descriptive and exploratory studies. The research universe involves the teachers working at CEAR - UEG in a total of forty professionals, and the sample follows non-probabilistic standards for convenience, interviews will be conducted by the focus group formation. The study will also take advantage of steps foreseen in the Psychodynamics of Work method (DEJOURS, 1992) that involve: the observance of research demand; the structuring of pre-research; the research itself; validation of the research report and the return. The data collection instrument will be the semi-structured interview applied collectively and recorded using the Google Meet platform with Quali-Quanti analysis in a field study and, the data analysis performed in three stages involving pre-analysis; the exploration of the content and treatment of results.
