Abstract

Fungi of the genus Trichodema spp. have been related to the production of hormones or correlated to growth factors, providing greater efficiency in the use of some nutrients, thus allowing greater availability and absorption by plants. In this context, the objective of this study was to evaluate the initial development of paricá (Schizolobium parahyba var. amazonicum) seedlings under different doses of nitrogen, phosphorus and boron with application of Trichoderma spp. And for this, the experiment was conducted at the Goiás State University, Campus Ipameri, in a greenhouse (30 x 7 x 3,5m). A randomized complete block design was used, in a 4 x 5 factorial scheme (treatments and doses), for nitrogen doses (0, 25, 50, 75 and 100 mg dm-3 de N), phosphorus (0, 64, 128, 192 and 256 mg dm-3 of P2O5) and boron (0, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0 mg dm-3 of B), with seven repetitions. Treatments related to Trichoderma spp. were fertilized and divided into T1 - control, without Trichoderma spp.; T2 - Trichoderma hazianum IBLF 006 WP; T3 - Trichoderma hazianum IBLF 006 SC; T4 - Trichoderma asperellum URM 5911. The characteristics evaluated are plant height (ALT), stem diameter (DC), leaf fresh mass (MFF), stem fresh mass (MFC), shoot fresh mass (MFPA), leaf dryness (MSF) and cauline (MSC). Residual normality tests were performed by the Shapiro-Wilk test and residual homoscedasticity by the Bartlett test, followed by analysis of variance and regression. The results showed that for N the strains of Trichoderma spp were not able to promote the development of paricá (Schizolobium parahyba var. amazonicum) seedlings under different nitrogen doses and the most appropriate is 100 mg dm-3 , and the Trichoderma harzianum IBLF 006WP strain was more efficient only under low availability of this nutrient. For P, it is concluded that the isolates of Trichoderma spp. promoted satisfactory conditions for the promotion of paricá, being the strain Trichoderma harzianum IBLF 006WP, which provided greater increase among the different variables, in the dose around 128 mg dm-3 . And, for boron, T. harzianum IBLF 006 WP strain is more capable of increasing boron tolerance, followed by T. asperellum URM 5911. However, the beneficial effect on tolerance promoted by these isolates is only viable for soils with high boron content in the soil.
