A interação entre tecnologias digitais e o ensino de ciências: um estudo de caso do portal net escola na rede estadual de educação em Goiás

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic required a rapid adaptation of the education system, leading to the implementation of digital platforms, such as the Net School Portal in the Goiás state network. This platform was developed to enable remote teaching, especially in science teaching, offering resources such as video lessons, interactive exercises and discussion forums. The integration of digital technologies into science teaching has proved to be a crucial solution for ensuring the continuity of learning during periods of social distancing. However, this transition has not been without its challenges. The limited technological infrastructure in many regions and teachers' lack of experience with digital tools made it difficult to adapt to the new teaching model. The need to train educators in the effective use of these technologies has become evident, as has the need to adapt active methodologies to the virtual environment, which has had an impact on the dynamics of science teaching. Given this scenario, the research problem is: how does the integration of digital technologies through the Net School Portal impact the science teaching-learning process in the Goiás state network, considering the challenges of access, pedagogical adaptation and effective learning during remote teaching? The analysis of these experiences can guide educational policies and pedagogical practices that effectively integrate technological innovations and active methodologies, preparing students for today's challenges. In this context, it is important to emphasize that the portal, even in the post- pandemic period, is still a very useful tool for teachers in the Goiás state education network, new features have been incorporated and other applications added to the platform.
