Situação econômica e melhoria das pequenas propriedades rurais do município de Mirandópolis - GO

Abstract

Family farming has the function of generating jobs and valuing the farmer in the countryside, being extremely important in implementing a more sustainable and economical path, with most of the properties managed by members of the family itself. Family management seeks to resolve family obligations and gain profitability. The objective was to analyze the financial situation of small producers in the community of Mirandópolis-GO, based on data from the Rural Innovation Network (RIR) program with a focus on annual income, through the control of spreadsheets and indicators established by the database of the Emater from Mossâmedes-GO, as a project partner. The present work is based on the methodology in a bibliographic and descriptive research, whose data were collected at the Goiana Agency for Technical Assistance, Rural Extension and Agricultural Research. As a result of the link with the management and internal analysis of the properties, emphasizing the income and expenses for the year 2016 and 2019, verifying through the horizontal analysis if the activity carried out on the small property was profitable or had a loss. It appears from the study that family farming has developed economically and socially, with this having positive changes in the production process.
