A proteção do patrimônio cultural na Cidade de Goiás sob a égide do registro de imóveis

Abstract

The elaboration of this technical report aims to study the process of special cultural significance and its effects in the city of Goiás - GO, also analyzing the importance of publicizing this procedure in the Real Estate Registry Offices, but specifically in relation to the registrations of real estate listed by the Instituto do Patrimônio Histórico e Artístico Nacional – IPHAN. It should also be added that, although Decree Law nº 25, of November 30, 1937 and the Federal Constitution of 1988 ensure the protection of cultural heritage, the problem to be faced in this report is justified by the need to create mechanisms expansion of access and publicity for the society interested in obtaining information about the registrations of tipping with the real estate registry, and which can contribute positively to the effectiveness of the protection of cultural heritage in accordance with the provisions of current legislation. On top of that, this report will seek to bring back to society the preparation of proposals to be forwarded to IPHAN, such as booklets and reports on the importance of applying beneficial measures that can further enhance the cultural heritage in the city of Goiás – GO and in other states and municipalities, with the objective of encouraging heritage education in a dynamic way and reaching society.
