Abstract

This dissertation is part of the set of investigations on bullying directed at teachers and has two main objectives: a) to identify a systematic review on bullying directed at teachers, through a systematic literature review; and b) investigate the experience of bullying of teachers in terms of aspects that permeate the use of technology in the classroom. In this way, two studies were carried out. In the first study (N=6), research related to the theme was identified through a systematic literature review. The results showed a shortage of studies on the subject, given that only six articles met the inclusion and exclusion criteria of the systematic literature review. The second study (N=52) investigated the experience of bullying by teachers due to the use of digital technologies. In general, no high rates of bullying were found among teachers. Together, the two studies that make up this dissertation contribute to the area of education and technology, based on the analysis of the challenges (bullying) experienced by teachers when handling teaching technologies.
