Abstract

The analysis present seeks understand the rearrangements alterations that resulting from the touristic dynamics of a place from the installation of an avant-garde Complex Tourist Real Estate of Pirenópolis city, Goiás. The historic city was founded during the gold extraction cycle and stood out for being a road junction, which made it a commercial warehouse. In the relevance of this research comes mainly from the importance analyzing the conjunctures of the first means of local lodging and the tourism increase of the Brasilia construct, that analysis of the evolution in the hotel business and the origin of the second residence in the place. The installation of the Complex Tourist Real Estate in Pirenópolis was preceded by lot of controversy and legal discussions in several lawsuits where the main issue was the waiver by the Environment Municipal Secretary of Environmental Impact Studies (EIA), Neighborhood Impact Studies (EIV), Traffic Impact Report (EIT) and Environmental Impact Report (RIMA). The research also seeks analyze the arising adaptations from changes on the dynamics of tourist city with the installation of the Complex Tourist Real Estate and the effects on the society enterprise.
