A responsabilidade ambiental na função social da propriedade : como tem sido julgada em Goiás (2002-2017)

Abstract

This resarch is an analyze of the right of property linked with the socioenvironmental function. This studie ains to understand the socioenvironmental role of property, and also to do a reflection about the interpretation and application of law, specifically in the state of Goiás. Trough of literature review about the theme, it is worked four chapters, like papers which addresses sequentially of historiography of private's property right; socioenvironmental function that is provided for by brazilian law; occupation of the state of Goiás and the change in the price of land, in the end, the last chapter deals with jurisprudence’s analysis about the ways of the decisions of the judges about the demands that are relative of social function of property in the state of Goiás.
