dc.description.abstractThis resarch is an analyze of the right of property linked with the socioenvironmental function. This studie ains to understand the socioenvironmental role of property, and also to do a reflection about the interpretation and application of law, specifically in the state of Goiás. Trough of literature review about the theme, it is worked four chapters, like papers which addresses sequentially of historiography of private's property right; socioenvironmental function that is provided for by brazilian law; occupation of the state of Goiás and the change in the price of land, in the end, the last chapter deals with jurisprudence’s analysis about the ways of the decisions of the judges about the demands that are relative of social function of property in the state of Goiás.eng
dc.description.resumoO trabalho consiste na análise do direito de propriedade condicionado ao atendimento da função social, o objetivo é entender a função socioambiental da propriedade e refletir sobre sua interpretação e aplicação, especificamente no estado de Goiás. Através da revisão de literatura sobre o tema, serão tecidos quatro capítulos em formato de artigos, os quais tratarão sequencialmente da breve história do direito de propriedade privada no Brasil; função socioambiental da propriedade prevista na lei brasileira; ocupação do estado de Goiás e por fim, o último capítulo apresentará uma análise jurisprudencial sobre os rumos que os magistrados têm seguido acerca das demandas relativas à função social da propriedade no estado de Goiás.por
